AILET 2023 Result: Merit List Tie-Breaker Rule

AILERT 2023 All India Rank List (Merit List) is also released by NLU Delhi. The Premier Law University prepares the final rank list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. However, in case of tie-breaker (when two or more candidates obtain equal marks) the university follows a specified mechanism as given below to break the tie and decide the rank order:

  • Candidates having higher marks in Legal Aptitude get higher rank
  • If the tie still persists, then the candidates are ranked on the basis of seniority
