CGBSE Result 2023: Rahul Yadav Tops Class 10, Vidhi Bhonsle Aces Class 12 Exams

CGBSE Result 2023 Declared: Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has announced CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2023. Students who appeared in the exam can check the CGBSE results on the official website cgbse.nic.in and results.cg.nic.in. The CGBSE board recorded an overall pass percentage of 75.05 per cent in class 10 and 79.96 per cent in class 12. Rahul Yadav topped the high school examination, while Vidhi Bhonsle was the class 12 topper.

Girls have outperformed boys in both the 10th and 12th exams. In class 10th, 79.16 per cent girls have passed the exam, while 75.26 per cent boys have passed. Similarly, 83.64 per cent girls have passed in class 12, while boys have achieved 75.86 per cent pass percentage. Four of the top 5 students who scored the highest marks this year are from Jashpur district.

The Chhattisgarh Board had conducted the Class 10 board exams from March 2 to March 24. The examination for class 12 or higher secondary examination was conducted from March 1 to March 31. The students were given an extra time of fifteen minutes to read the question paper.

Students who are unhappy with their 10th and 12th class results will get an opportunity to appear for supplementary exams. In addition, students who have failed in one or more subjects can also appear in the supplementary examination.

CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2023: Grading System

The Chhattisgarh Board assigns grades to the students on the basis of their marks in the board exams. The grading system is as follows:

A1 – 100 to 91 marks

A2 – 90 to 81 marks

B1 – 80 to 71 marks

B2 – 70 to 61 marks

C1 – 60 to 51 marks

C2 – 50 to 41 marks

D – 40 to 33 marks

E1 – 21 to 32 marks
